1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the investor

("Investor") and the forex investment company ("Company") regarding the investment of funds

in the forex market. By participating in forex investment, the Investor agrees to abide by these

terms and conditions.

2. Investment Services

a. Ezra Capital Group offers forex/crypto investment services, which involve the trading of

currencies in the global foreign exchange market.

b. The Investor acknowledges that forex trading involves risks, including the potential loss of the

invested capital. The Investor understands and accepts these risks.

3. Account Opening

a. The Investor shall complete the account opening process, providing accurate and up-to-date

personal and financial information.

b. The Investor agrees to comply with all applicable know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money

laundering (AML) regulations and provide any requested documentation.

4. Investment Terms

a. The Investor agrees to deposit funds into their investment account with Ezra Capital Group.

b. The Investor understands that past performance is not indicative of future results and

acknowledges that profits or losses may be incurred based on the performance of the forex

investments.

c. The Investor acknowledges that the Ezra Capital Group may employ trading strategies,

including the use of leverage and margin, which may amplify both profits and losses.

5. Fees and Compensation

a. Ezra Capital Group may charge entry fee, management fees, performance fees, or other fees as

outlined in a separate fee schedule which is non-refundable.

b. The Investor acknowledges and agrees to the payment of these fees, which may be deducted

from the investment account or charged separately.

6. Withdrawals

a. The Investor may request withdrawals from their investment account, subject to any applicable

withdrawal restrictions and procedures.

b. Ezra Capital Group reserves the right to impose withdrawal fees or limitations as outlined in

the agreement or fee schedule.

7. Termination

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

b. The Investor acknowledges that termination may be subject to certain notice periods and the

settlement of open positions.

c. Ezra Capital Group reserves all rights to suspend or delete investor’s account if the investor

breaks one more rule outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

8. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

a. The Investor agrees to indemnify and hold the Ezra Capital Group, its directors, employees,

and affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from the Investor's

investment activities.

b. Ezra Capital Group’s liability shall be limited to the amount invested by the Investor.

9. Dispute Resolutions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration

in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

b. The Investor agrees to waive their right to participate in any class action or collective action

against the Ezra Capital Group.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United

Kingdom in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Any disputes shall be

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom specifically the

Financial Markets Court (FMC), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or the Financial Conduct

Authority (FCA) Regulatory Decisions Committee (RDC).
